Customer Service Academy
Most community colleges offer a Customer Service Academy to train your employees in excellent customer service.
The training covers:
- Customer service
- Communication
- Conflict management
- Attitude
This training can be done in regularly scheduled classes at your local community college or can be on-site training at your location. In some cases,
the onsite training can be provided free if it is advertised and open to the public,
there are 20-26 participants, you assume the cost for duplicating materials, and you do not
request special curriculum. However if you do not meet these criteria, training is still available
on a low-cost basis.
