California Family Rights Act Fact Sheet: Unpaid Family Leave
(50 employees or more) Allows employees to take unpaid leaves for a birth, adoption or serious illness within the family. Employers must continue any employee benefits and in most cases, must reinstate the employee at the end of the leave. Please read the fact sheet for specific details.
